Nesh
"Overly sensitive to cold weather; soft or feeble."
One of the oldest words in this whole repository. "Nesh" descends directly from the Old English word "hnesce," meaning weak, soft, or delicate, and has survived essentially unbroken for well over a thousand years in the dialects of the English Midlands and North, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and Yorkshire among them. Someone described as "nesh" is thought to feel the cold more than they reasonably should, unable to cope with weather everyone else shrugs off.
